Source Code

This movie Source Code is a triller that is very revelant of our current society. Where terrorist activities are ample gobally.

Captain Colter Stevens the lead of the show was given a mission after being "killed in action". Due to his unique condition, he is able to enter into a top-secret project "Source Code". Where he is able to go back to the shadow of the past to relive the last 8 minutes of Sean Fentress, a teacher who died in the train bombing, to find the mastermind of the event.

The plot is smooth. Even though it circles around the train and the "capsule". There is still a very good flow that keeps one's attention in suspense of what's happening like a good triller movie.

Here, are some of my after thoughts.

Is Captain Colter Stevens' right as a human being infringed upon when they put him through this project?
What happen to the alternate reality where the bombing never took place to the real Sean Fentress?

Despite the questions left unanswered. Its still a great movie to watch.

My Rating: 3/5 popcorns

Yogi Bear (Movie)

Lots of Choices of movies for this holiday season.

First movie for the year for me is Yogi Bear. I think its a good movie to watch as it brought back alot of childhood memories. Its one of the regular cartoons we got.

With the recent global warming, a movie is a great way to bring across the message of preserving the environment. For this generation and for the next generation. We ought to protect the trees and the wild life. Else we have nothing left in no time.

Well beside the healthy underlying theme. This show is highly entertaining. Supper funny. Great way to start the year with great laughter to drive the gloom away...

I say it deserve 4/5 popcorns rating... What say you?

Megamind

Megamind- the movie (*****)

This is the first 3D animation that I had watched on the big screen. I must say I enjoyed every part of it. The twist in this animation is that the Villian is the hero or in another words the hero(lead) is the villian.

The interplay between good and evil is well balance. The interesting underlying concept is that doing good can become tiring... Doing evil can be fun and exciting...

Erm, is this theme Really suitable for an animation? That's for you to decide.

Personal take back: In the general sense of reality- There's no absolute good or absolute evil. Good and evil is define by a thin line of perception.
